Halo Water Proofing has been the Eau Claire area's go-to call for Basement Waterproofing because we answer the phone, show up on time, and stand behind the work.
Halo Water Proofing started as a small WI crew and grew because Eau Claire customers kept referring us to neighbors — that's still how most of our work comes in today.
We don't send apprentices to figure it out on your dime. Every Eau Claire job is run by a technician who has done this exact repair dozens of times, with a supervisor who signs off before we call it finished.
Call now and talk to an actual technician, not a script. We'll walk you through what's likely going on and get a crew scheduled.
📞 +1-866-476-1348Most Eau Claire customers didn't wake up one day with a flooded basement. It usually started small. These are the early signs worth calling about.
A musty smell in the basement or crawl space is usually moisture you can't see yet, not just "old house smell."
Even small cracks are worth a second look — they rarely stay small once seasonal ground movement gets involved.
It's easy to dismiss efflorescence as harmless dust, but it actually signals active moisture movement through the wall.
If your pump is running around the clock instead of only during storms, it's worth having it evaluated before it fails completely.
A bowing basement wall is a structural concern in addition to a water one — this is the kind of Eau Claire call we prioritize fast.
Peeling paint low on a basement wall or warped baseboards upstairs often trace back to moisture migrating up from below.
From an emergency pump swap at 2 a.m. to a full exterior drainage system, this is the work we do in Eau Claire every day.
Standing water in your basement doesn't wait for business hours, and neither do we. Our Eau Claire emergency crews extract standing water first, then diagnose where it's getting in so it doesn't happen again next storm.
Call for Emergency Service →A cracked foundation wall isn't just a cosmetic issue — it's a water entry point and, over time, a structural one. Our Eau Claire crews assess whether it's a simple seal or a sign of bigger settlement issues before recommending a fix.
Get a Crack Assessment →Most sump pump failures we see in Eau Claire happen during the exact storms that need them most — a battery backup closes that gap when the power drops.
Schedule a Pump Inspection →Some Eau Claire lots need both an interior and exterior system working together — we'll tell you honestly if that's the case rather than selling just one.
Ask About Drain Systems →Musty smell upstairs that you can't explain? It's usually the crawl space. Our Eau Claire crews encapsulate the space fully — floor, walls, and vents — so moisture stops migrating into your living areas.
Get a Crawl Space Quote →We work directly with Eau Claire property managers and business owners on below-grade waterproofing, parking structure sealing, and large-scale drainage corrections — scheduled around your operating hours.
Request a Commercial Quote →Here's exactly what to expect once you call +1-866-476-1348 for Basement Waterproofing in Eau Claire.
We start with a phone conversation, not a script — enough to know whether this is an emergency dispatch or a scheduled inspection.
A technician inspects the Eau Claire property in person, checking the foundation, drainage, grading, and any active moisture before recommending a fix.
No verbal estimates that change later. What's quoted for your Eau Claire job is what's invoiced.
Our crew completes the work, cleans up the site, and walks you through the warranty coverage on what was installed.
There's no verbal quote that magically grows once the crew arrives at your Eau Claire property — the written estimate is the final word.
Because we're actually based near Eau Claire rather than routing calls through a national center, we can usually get someone out the same day you call.
If a covered repair fails, we come back and make it right. That's written into every contract, not just promised on the phone.
Our technicians are paid to diagnose correctly, not to upsell — that changes the advice you actually get on-site.
We can supply the photo documentation and repair scope most Eau Claire, WI carriers ask for before approving a claim.
